2LM releases Flores and Check It on Soundwav Records

Rising DJ/producer 2LM unleashes a two-part sonic statement this summer, releasing a double-sided EP on the acclaimed Soundwav Records. The first single, "Check It", landed on May 7, with follow-up track "Flores” dropping this week.

Carving out his own lane in the global house music landscape, 2LM fuses deep-rooted hip-hop sensibilities with high-octane underground club energy. Born in the heart of Los Angeles, the producers foundation lies in vinyl DJing, breakdancing, and an affinity for genre-crossing creativity. His music is a meeting point of rugged beats, soulful rhythms, and future-facing production—something they continue to sharpen with each release.

"Check It" kicks off the two-part EP with a punchy, bass-driven groove, layered with quirky melodic toplines and chopped vocal snippets that nod to the artist's hip-hop roots. This club-ready banger straddles the edge between raw underground heat and polished dancefloor precision.
