Multi-million-streaming, engineer/vocalist/DJ/live artist/mad scientist BIIANCO enlists Grime rapper/rhymer Emz for their debut collab, the fizzing, bouncy, hard trance banger ‘RELOAD’, out now on Ultra.

‘RELOAD’ w/ Emz: BIIANCO combines the upbeat energy, bristling-with-hook-iness of pop with the dark acid-fizzing authority of techno with a masterclass in diamond-cut production. To the hoover swoops and synth chord melodic snatches, the constant beat yet constantly varying percussion, add Emz’ Grime-powered defiant rapping, it’s got the lot. As he says, ‘Get the Reload, be on your toes.’

‘Moving from the States to London was the most formative decision I’ve made for my sound. The city has become the heartbeat of my musical expression, and a big part of what makes my voice distinct’ BIIANCO says. ‘As a ‘Londoner’, I’ve immersed myself in the city’s voices and cultural shapers, including Emz, most recently through his work with SICARIA. I reached out and said, wanna collab?. He was immediately on board and laid down the sickest bars over a bounce trance instrumental. What felt so right was that his lyrics are about cred, loyalty, vibes. London is the central presence in the track without me ever mentioning that connection. In that sense, ‘RELOAD’ carries three voices: mine, Emz’s, and London herself.’

BIIANCO’s GAIA tour: BIIANCO’s new venture, global party brand GAIA (platforming FLINTA* artists) has confirmed two new dates for their Autumn tour – BIIANCO presents GAIA, Colour Factory London, Saturday 11^th October, and Lot 613 in LA, Saturday October 18^th – to add to upcoming shows at The Warehouse Project, Smoke & Mirrors (Chicago), and previous gigs at Lightning in a Bottle (US), Terminal V Croatia, Electric Forest, Beyond Wonderland…
