Nothing succeeds like excess, said Oscar Wilde – he’d have loved Club Chinois Ibiza, with its wild excess of style, upscale Asian themed décor, state of the art sound technology, excessively talented DJs – an inclusive welcome in an exclusive club. That’s Club Chinois, but on Monday nights, excess and style go even wilder, with La Troya’s long-adored LGBTQIA+ party nights, famed for their decadence, unconfined pleasure and incredible outfits, celebrating diversity of all kinds, and open to those of all sexualities and genders who just want to party to hot music, cool cocktails, and hilariously outrageous antics, all brilliantly hosted by spectacular MC, Baby Marcelo ably abetted by the La Troya Family performers.
LA TROYA has been part of Ibiza’s summer season since emerging from the underground to fame as a world-class celebration of LGBTQIA+ culture. Naturally the party brand finally flew to the loving arms of Club Chinois – they were made for each other – and the two have been partners ever since. LA TROYA was created by the much-loved Brasilio de Oliveira and guarantees the most wicked of good times.

Everyone’s weapon of choice, Fatboy Slim brings his acid house/trip hop/nu-funk credentials, while fashion maven, TV host, DJ and body image activist Gok Wan will say ‘yes to the dress(es)’ on and off the stage with his House/club classics mix. Also from UK, the multitalented Jodie Harsh, ‘Britain’s best known Drag Queen’ and DJ/producer/ musician/songwriter & who’s remixed/worked w. the likes of Lady Gaga, Timberlake, Mel C… while France’s finest Bob Sinclar, remixer of James Brown, Rihanna, Moby etc, keeps it global with French House/Pop/Reggae Fusion/Russian Dance.
Keeping it local, Ibiza natives/residents, mega-experienced Ibiza and global DJs include Oscar Colorado, with his Balearic deep/tech House; Davina Moss’ emotive, sexy house/tech house with an underground edge; Felix da Funk’s eclectic melange of house styles from groove to tech; and Spain’s Wally Lopez’ (worked w. Madonna, Guetta, Tiesto…) infectious beats and boundless energy.
The Opening Party is on June 3rd, featuring Spencer Parker, Lunnas, Oscar Colorado, Manuel Ribeca, Felix Da Funk, Jorel Toro alongside Baby Marcelo and the La Troya family.
