For the third instalment of a recent series of single releases, Ninetoes brings us another fine two tracker ’Some People Call It Love / Bad Habits’ that once again brings rhythmically driven house to the table.
Up first is ’Some People Call It Love’ which is driven by soulful vocal topline in which Ninetoes' recognisable sound is gradually introduced with intricate perc elements and and robust bass lines that align perfectly for a true groove soaked offering. ‘Bad Habits’ kicks off with rich latin influences throughout the rhythmical backbone before a quirky vocal hook eases its way in alongside synth stabs to create a legitimate peak time banger. Both tracks here demonstrate the versatility and skills Ninetoes has a producer, showing his keen eye for unique sampling and ability to producer hit one after another.
